I grew up surrounded by shelves lined not with books but with cameras, from point-and-shoots to camcorders and box cameras — all collected by my dad during his time working for Kodak. I grew a deep affinity for these bizarre gadgets and worked my way through the bookshelf, camera by camera. As a teenager, I used manual film cameras and DSLRs to photograph my home city. Here, what began as a pastime evolved into an emphatic love for visual storytelling and creative exploration.
